關於法律上規定不得遺棄父母/奉養父母的責任
老實說，這件事對我來說是很新的，而有些不合現代社會的觀念。
因為爸媽從來不會對我們孩子說，將來我們老了要靠你們。你們養我們是應該的。如果妳現在書讀不好工作不好，將來爸媽怎麼生活之類的。他們都說，看你們過得好，就是我們的幸福。
如果，年老的幸福是要寄託在別人（即使是自己的孩子及他的另一半）身上，那問我們生孩子的原因就是要倚靠他們，不是太自私了嗎?
而且，孩子真的有能力給我們我們想要的嗎? 甚至知道我們想要什麼樣的生活嗎? 那孩子將來是要過他想要的生活，還是要屈就我們過我們想要的生活，而放棄他自己的夢想?
照顧的責任，是社會的國家的。我們年輕的歲月也貢獻給社會給國家。可惜是，對台灣來說，關起門來，賺自己的錢，教自己的孩子; 因為父母對未來的不安全感，那樣的壓力，變成學習上惡性競爭，全都重重壓在孩子身上。孩子要成為他想成為的人？還是我們想要他成為的人? 養孩子18年（更多?)，將來孩子有能力賺錢了，我們退休了，要孩子照顧（養?) 我們多少年? 這是要怎麼算?
又說，發自內心的對家人的關心，愛，付出，是法律教（規定）我們的有用，還是家庭教育感動來得真實?

Foreign Transaction Fee
"What is this fee?
Foreign transactions fees are fees that may be assessed when you use your Credit Card to make a transaction that requires a conversion of currency, or a transaction processed outside of the United States (even if the transaction is in U.S. Dollars). You may incur this type of fee when you make a purchase either in person, over the phone or online with a merchant in a country other than the United States. This fee is in addition to any other applicable transaction fees that may be assessed."
When I purchased Air Canada tickets, I used my boa credit card to pay in usd. didn't know they would still charge me for the foreign transaction fee 3% -- for $19. :(

Pork
Apple's This Ground Pork Recipe
Laab-Namtok Seasoning Mix
1. water, pork (till cooked or nearly cooked), add onion (chopped切丁)
2. wait onion cooked
3. put green onion, then put the paste
4. put the fish sauce, chili powder (or chilis)
5. put lemon (the last - not so much)
if mint leaves, spread a bit

wonderful trip
Dear Mini and Baby,
Fist of all, we (Don and baby) would like to thank mini for organizing this wonderful trip and preparing the necessary materials during the trip. The trip started on Oct 9, we stopped at Toronto first to pick up two lovely chair. In the beginning, I did think that the chairs are not necessary for our tip, but it turns out these two chairs brought us a lot funs. I still remember the moments Mimi and I sat along the side of Two rivers lake, ate our lunch and enjoyed the peaceful sunshine, winds and the lake. :)
The hiking along Hardwood lookout was really so great, as it was our first trail and we eventually saw a wonderful and unforgettable "natural picture". I told myself I lucky was to have such a great opportunity to see that, not because I could be there, but it is because I was there with my lovely wife and our baby. We then had some discussions that we will schedule an annual trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I can not describe how much I am looking forward to our next trip.
Thanks mini for bringing all of us to this wonderful park. The night in the tent at the camping ground will be a lifetime memory.

踩著鋪滿落葉的campsite 133 清脆地唏唏簌簌穿梭在我們野外的家
搭起碧綠色小屋 升起一篷屬於兩人的溫暖火炎 天色漸暗
反而映襯著你我頰上欣喜雀躍神情
洗了滿足新奇的感應式熱水澡 仰頭驚呼滿天星斗
那牛奶般的銀河 傾瀉滾滾銀白珠珠 印入眼底
你仔細為我鋪上毯子睡袋 我細數黑夜裡你勻稱呼吸 與你戲稱飛機般的楓葉
啪嗒落在左右
你說 也許是黑熊
終於早晨 僵直的身體 靈活的腦袋 爬出小窩
冰晶與霜 早已經等著我們一齊探索Canisbay Lake夢幻煙霧
然後，樹枝枝頭昇起探頭的閃亮朝陽
你忙碌地煮著早餐午餐 我總是欣賞你的認真與大部份未雨綢繆
走入森林 松針地毯灑於樹根錯縱而成起伏小徑
你仔細地照顧著拉著我或讓我倚靠
爬上瞭望點 興奮讚歎smoke lake鱗璃水光 有時你也
提醒勿耗盡(浪費大家的)體力 (因為不知道極限?) 笑著每一個往來"浪費體力"的遊客
Two rivers lake 大湖邊 我們啃食三明治喝著氣泡礦泉水 看著沙灘上三兩成群的人們
有青少年戀愛的青澀與尷尬 也有熟稔朋友的開心呼喊
而坐在椅子上吹著微風曬著陽光悠閒望著湖水的我們 擁有這些幸福的總和

我喜歡 回到campsite的第二個下午 坐在 "現在的"樹影下 漫無目標地想著過去與未來
也喜歡 回家路上那些談笑 彼此小時候的煩惱與願望 與對於我們baby小時候的期待 ...
緊緊串成一個又一個人生的故事
而起頭是一顆晶瑩踢透的 our love

雖然 旅程裡 收到parking 罰單一張 (千萬要相信加拿大的 no temporary parking 標誌)
沒有買到楓糖漿 沒來得及退第二晚的營地與車子 permits 與第二晚的露營設備
但我們的快樂 並沒有因此減半。
當當說 我們很快樂 很平安 又很健康幸福。

很漂亮隱密性安全性達到平衡 :) 而且方便性高
從我們的site 有一條楓葉小徑 很快就到達洗澡間洗手間
那裡設備很新很乾淨 當當說 下次(不那麼冷的時候)還要住這裡

這次看到的動物有 浣熊 松鼠 滿大的一隻鳥（飛來停在我們照相的樹枝旁) 還有看似beaver or river ottor的一隻不動的動物 :) 希望下次可以看到moose

這裡trails很好玩 我們去了 hardwood lookout trail (最短的 但看出去很美) peck lake （走一下下而已 風有點大）two river trail (當當說 走完以後說我不推薦) beaver pond （走一半折返 沒有走到cliff 因為"不要浪費大家體力" XD）
可惜因為夜晚太冷了 不能多待一天 下次還想去

畫過一道長長的流星 !
這是我看過最清楚（因為旁邊沒什麼別的星）也最驚喜的流星

這是我看過最清楚（因為旁邊沒什麼別的星）也最驚喜的流星
原來幸福的願望就在離我們最近的地方阿

It's a little. . . Boy
今天懷著忐忑的心情（加上差點要遲到了）到St. Joseph 做第二次ultrasound scan
等了大概十分鐘左右，一位穿淺黃芥末色上衣（my favorite color)的女生，看起來有一點年紀，很有經驗的樣子，來幫我做超音波。
一開始她說，今天要做detailed ultrasound scan，她會檢查baby的內臟等等，所以會花一點時間。比上次超音波花了久一點點，不過，其實也沒有太久。我躺著左看又看，一邊感覺寶寶似乎長大了 :) 因為超音波檢查的位置範圍不小。
過了一陣子，她就說ok了，我去找妳的先生來。很可惜，她說她解釋的時候我們不能錄影。不過，她給我們看寶寶的頭，心跳，寶寶躺著，不停的打嗝，動作滿大的XD （明明一點左右媽媽我就吃飽啦，還睡了個午覺）連幫我們檢查的女生都笑了，這裡停了一陣子，很有趣很溫暖幸福的感覺。然後給我們看寶寶的手腳。再回來看寶寶的臉，但寶寶一邊動來動去，她說，很好動唷。不過，我躺著其實看不太清楚寶寶的臉。
然後，她就說好啦。今天就到這裡。（解釋超快的，都不像台灣的婦產科，別人都說還會解釋心臟心房心室等等... 看肝臟腎臟... 胃，倒是因為打嗝看了滿久。）我說，ㄟ 等等等等，上次超音波醫生說有點出血，她說，這次一點也沒看見唷。然後她又要離開，我說，恩... 我們可以知道寶寶的gender嗎？然後我看當當。她看著我們說，你們想知道寶寶性別嗎? 我們說是阿。
她看著我的眼睛說，it's a little .. (我自己覺得中間有停頓) boy. 哇！it's a little boy !? 然後她這次趁我錯愕的時候，說我們可以跟screen上的寶寶照相，就真的跑走啦。
後來，我們照夠了相，再繞去staff office 外面，想再確認一下一切都ok，當當問她，妳....有看到寶寶的penis嗎?? 她大笑，說有阿，我還可以zoom-in唷。轉頭才發現離不遠處，有滿多坐在椅子上等ultrasound scan的人，應該都聽到當當的問題了...。
我一直以為會是個little girl。（原因: 感覺沒長什麼荳荳，如果有一兩個感覺是因為我懶得早上洗臉，寶寶應該是排卵期的頭一兩天懷孕的，身體的皮膚感覺變光滑了，網路上用幾種算法都是女寶寶等等。）女孩子的名字都想很多了呢，看小毯子衣服玩具，覺得女孩子的都好漂亮唷，看新聞也在想如果我女兒一定不要讓她去應徵model很危險等等。（還有想說要做筆記...)
結果，是個little boy! 也是太棒了。這樣我很貪心的幻想，哥哥照顧妹妹的場景。還有不愛運動的當當帶著兒子去運動，當當今天回家路上，很認真的說，以後一定要跟小孩運動，培養小孩至少一個運動興趣! （我說這樣才會長高健康一輩子唷，爸爸就許下第一個promise）我則是心裡開心這樣當當應該終於也要運動了吧~~ 真是個美好的畫面阿! (當然也有擔心，他以後會不會陪我們聊天，會不會撒嬌阿，會不會說甜蜜的話給我聽 :P )
我們回家跟媽咪說的時候，當當說要她們猜。媽咪一下就猜是男生，她說我還沒懷孕她就猜是男生了!? 然後說阿，因為算命有說我相夫教子，所以至少會有一個兒子...。呵，還有這種理由阿。她說阿，如果我們要生兩個阿，那第一個男生女生都沒有差囉，都很好阿。他們也很開心 :D
